چکیده

The effects of commercial thyme, sage, garlic, sesame, rosemary, lemon and mustard essential oils (Botalife Natural Aromatic Products Ltd. Şti, Turkey) on disease severity were investigated in simultaneous inoculation Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid White, 1919) Chitwood, 1949 Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.radicis lycopersici (Jarvis & Shoemaker) tomato. Nematicide (Velum®, Fluopyram) fungicide (Cebir®, Fludioxonil + Metalaxyl) used as positive controls. Negative control was only plants with nematode fungus inoculation. study set up a randomized plot design 5 replications for each oil. In inoculations, 1000 M. second juvenile larvaes/1ml 3X106 spore/ml FORL seedling. oil applications applied to the soil at dose ppm pot, one day after terminated 60 days, assestment based gall, egg mass severity. Fungal growth development roots found lower all tested than negative but fungisidal nematicidal activity varied. Thyme garlic had highest effect 55.20% this higher nematicide (38.84%) (33.20%) applications. Sage (38.84%), rosemary (33.28%) (38.92%) suppress sesame (22.16%) (22.16%). It has been determined that thyme are good alternatives manage root knot complexes.

Interaction between Meloidogyne incognita and Agrobacterium tumefaciens or Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici on Tomato.

Agrobacterium tumefaciens stimulated and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici inhibited development and reproduction of Meloidogyne incognita when applied to the opposite split root of tomato, Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Tropic, plants. The lowest rate of nematode reproduction occurred after 2,000 juveniles were applied and the fungus was present in the opposite split root. The effects of all ...

Comparison of Fusarium oxysporum fsp lycopersici races 1, 2 and 3, and f.sp radicis lycopersici based on the sequences of fragments of the ribosomal DNA intergenic spacer region

Sequence analysis of genomic fragments from the intergenic spacer region from three isolates of Fusarium oxysporum fsp lycoperisci and fsp radicis lycopersici was carried out using the big dye terminator sequencing procedure. Two conditions of the DNA templates were also evaluated for their influence on the outcome of the terminator reaction. Results showed that sequencing using the PCR product...

Interactions in the tomato rhizosphere of two Pseudomonas biocontrol strains with the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici.

The fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici causes foot and root rot of tomato plants, which can be controlled by the bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens WCS365 and P. chlororaphis PCL1391. Induced systemic resistance is thought to be involved in biocontrol by P. fluorescens WCS365. The antifungal metabolite phenazine-1-carboxamide (PCN), as well as efficient root colonization, are es...
